Conditions and fees

1. All the properties that are listed in our web page do not have any additional fee on them. The cited prices already includes our fee, which covers all the management costs of the purchase, as specified below in point 2, except for the lawyer’s fee. Visiting the listed properties does not require paying the Registration fee*
2. When contracting our Property search service, which includes the management of all the aspects of the purchase, from the market research, through all the formalities and until the final registration of the property in the public properties register office, we charge a fixed fee* of 2.5% of the property net value which includes:
   • Homesearch Barcelona® fee
   • The lawyer’s fee and the legal certificate.

   *Only when contracting our Property search service: Registration fee of 450€ + VAT is charged in Barcelona, before commencing the properties viewing. This amount is deductible from our final fee and it is entitle the client to have up to 3 properties tours during the following 6 months.
