House built over a river

This amazing property has been constructed on either side of a river in California, with a central section that spans the river, consisting of a dining room with a glass floor, so you can watch the bubbling river below your feet whilst you eat. It must be fantastic to live in this house, on the outskirts of a beautiful national park, falling asleep to the sounds of the river. Just don´t ask how much your house insurance will be ;). This house is currently up for sale for $2 million if anyone is interested. You can see more of the house in the video below:
