Also, if you love jogging in the morning or enjoying a relaxing walk after work, make sure you choose a neighborhood where there is a park. It may be a terrace where you like to relax, or perhaps you cannot go without having a microwave. It may be a garage for your car, or you might really need an air conditioning in the apartment. You might need a pet-friendly building. Perhaps, you want a spacious apartment, or you might want one with lots of natural lighting.

To make a decision that will truly be satisfying, try putting down all of these requirements and desires, regardless how small or petty they might seem.
